Our next Films 4 Change documentary is timely and very relevant to us living in Hong Kong. An entertaining change promoting watch for the whole family!

Minimalism: A Documentary About the Important Things examines the many flavors of minimalism by taking the audience inside the lives of minimalists from all walks of life—families, entrepreneurs, architects, artists, journalists, scientists, and even a former Wall Street broker—all of whom are striving to live a meaningful life with less.
This feature-length documentary from Joshua Fields Millburn and Ryan Nicodemus, better known as “The Minimalists” to their millions of fans and followers, will appeal to audiences who are curious about simple living and what benefits it could bring to their own lives.
The film takes audiences inside the lives of minimalists across America from various walks of life, and it examines the burgeoning “simple living” movement from compelling social, political, economic, and environmental perspectives.

Running time: 79 minutes, followed by a short discussion
