Thank you to all of the fabulous volunteers.

Dana and Stella would like to thank all of the fabulous volunteers who have been on Nim Shue Wan, Cheung Sha Lan and Sam Pak Wan today. The spirit was great, everyone worked so hard and it was an absolute pleasure to work with all of you.

There will be people heading to the beaches again tomorrow. Unfortunately DB Green probably won’t be able to be there, but as you are all very experienced after the past few days, I know you can do it without us, and please help any newcomers. There will be gloves and bags at both locations, and some equipment near the pier (in front of the house) in Nim Shue Wan. (Please focus on the tree line, all of the rubbish under there is hiding nurdles – it all has to go!)

One volunteer told us that there is more work to be done further along the path towards Mui Wo as well. At the bottom of the path to the Monastery, near a bridge, he saw quite a bit of rubbish and nurdles. If you do go, please leave the bags away from the shoreline and let us know so that we can arrange to have the bags removed. There is also a beach next to Cheung Sha Lan which we haven’t been to yet. Thanks again to everyone who has helped out here in the past few days. Your support has been truly magnificent! How to get to the beach at Nim Shue Wan and Cheung Sha Lan.

Is there going to be okay if I go to Mui Wo with my friends tomorrow? Is the pellets on that beach cleared yet?
